Storing Eggs

  1. Because eggs are bought on a regular basis and then stacked amongst the old eggs, you may not be able to distinguish between old and new.
  2. So here’s a simple way to ensure that you don’t lose track of the old eggs and they then can be eaten asap:
  3. Next time when you are approaching the last few eggs in the carton or fridge egg tray and are off the the store for a refill, make sure that the next batch of eggs you buy are a different colour.
  4. That way you can easily stack them next to the old ones but still be able keep track and avoid rotten results.
