Burned Rice?

  1. Here’s a great little tip.
  2. No need to throw away all the rice when you have burned just a portion:
  3. Just place a piece of white bread on top of the rice for 5-10 minutes to draw out the burned flavour.
  4. Be careful not to scrape the burned pieces off of the bottom of the pan when serving the rice.
