Spring Onions Springing Up in Your Kitchen

  4. But here’s a great way you can have spring onions on-hand at any given time.
  5. The next time you have spring onions, don’t throw away the white ends.
  6. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window.
  7. Your onions will begin to spring up almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely. 
  8. Now just use kitchen scissors to cut what we need for meals.
  9. Remember to periodically empty out the water, rinse the roots off and give them fresh water.
