Rather Not Chop n’ Change Your Chopping Boards

  1. Today’s tip is a recommendation from hollyshints.com
  2. For food safety purposes it is better for a kitchen to have 3 different chopping boards designated to the different food groups.
  3. 1 for raw meat.
  4. 1 for fruits and veggies.
  5. 1 for cooked meats.
  6. Make sure they are labelled and everyone in the home knows which one is which.
  7. You could also have a forth chopping board for breads.
